Clear rules
No overlaps, no lost conversations
Each profile has its own rules, enforced by the system in real time.
- Visitor — one request per slot: as soon as you send it, that slot is yours and never double-booked.
- Exhibitor — several concurrent requests on the same slot: confirm the one you want and the others cancel themselves, notifying the requesters.
- Buyer — controlled booking towards Visitors and Exhibitors, with no buyer-to-buyer meetings.

How much does matchmaking cost?
Access to the platform is included in the event registration: there is no extra cost to request or confirm appointments.
How long is an appointment?
The standard duration is 20 minutes, configurable by the organiser. There is no buffer between meetings, so plan to stay at your stand.
Why is my Exhibitor profile pending?
Exhibitor and Buyer profiles are checked manually to guarantee the quality of meetings. You receive an email as soon as the organiser approves or rejects the request.
Can I receive several requests for the same slot?
Yes, if you are an Exhibitor: the platform handles concurrent requests. When you confirm one, the others on the same slot are automatically cancelled and requesters are notified.
