How much does matchmaking cost?
Access to the platform is included in the event registration: there is no extra cost to request or confirm appointments.
How long is an appointment?
The standard duration is 20 minutes, configurable by the organiser. There is no buffer between meetings, so plan to stay at your stand.
Can I move a confirmed appointment?
Yes. Changing the date or slot puts the meeting back into pending re-confirmation, and the system re-checks availability.
How do I bring my agenda to the show?
From your account area you can download the PDF report of all confirmed meetings and add each appointment to your phone calendar via the .ics file.
