How it works

1. Sign up

Visitors are active immediately. Exhibitors and Buyers are vetted by the organiser, usually within one business day.

2. Declare your availability

Open or block 20-minute slots across the two show days. If you declare nothing, you are considered available on the whole grid.

3. Request meetings

Browse the directory filtered by sector, market and interest, then pick a free slot. The recipient gets a notification and accepts or declines.

4. Take your agenda with you

Download the PDF report and add meetings to your phone calendar with one tap.
