Data controller

The controller is identified in the company details at the bottom of every page. For any request concerning personal data write to privacy@travelexpoin.it.

Data and purposes

• Registration data (name, surname, email, phone, company, role): delivery of the matchmaking service. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Appointment data (requests, confirmations, notes): management of the event agenda. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Technical and security logs (IP, user agent, login attempts): platform security. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Newsletter: only with explicit double opt-in consent, revocable at any time.

Profile visibility

Your professional profile (company, role, sectors, description) is visible to other authorised users according to role rules. Email and phone are never shown in the public directory.

Retention

Participation data is kept for 24 months after the edition ends; security logs for 12 months; cookie consents for 24 months.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and complaint to the supervisory authority. You can export your own data from your account area at any time.
