Scope

Travelexpo IN is the B2B appointment platform of the event. Access is restricted to trade professionals.

Account

Users warrant the accuracy of the data provided. Exhibitor and Buyer profiles are subject to approval by the organiser, who may refuse or suspend an account with reason.

Appointments

Requests do not constitute a contractual obligation. The organiser may intervene on the agenda for organisational reasons, notifying the parties involved.

Conduct

Unauthorised automated use, mass requests and harvesting of other participants' data for unrelated commercial purposes are prohibited.

Limitation of liability

The organiser is not liable for the commercial outcome of meetings nor for service interruptions due to force majeure.
